What happens if I take out a ticket outside of the regulation schedule?

The machine does not work, what should I do? Do i have to put the ticket?

Yes, you must bring the ticket that empowers the parking lot. The limited parking service under time control continues to work as well.
Check that you have introduced at least the minimum amount or have not entered a currency with face value higher than the maximum rate since it does not return change.
In the case of being out of service, there is another machine in a radius not exceeding 150 meters.

How can I justify the expense of the ticket I have taken?

How can arrive to the service office?

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (January 1 to June 30)
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (July 1 to August 31)
