Monthly Subscription – Parking López de Hoyos

The monthly subscription allows you to subscribe to the parking in the type of subscription you need:

• 24-Hour Monthly Pass: Allows you to park your vehicle 24 hours a day for one month.
• Monthly afternoon + night: Allows you to park your vehicle from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following day from Monday to Friday. 24 hours Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Commercial Pass: Allows you to park your vehicle from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, for one month.
• Telework Pass: Allows you to park your vehicle from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, for 14 days a month.
• Monthly 24 hours motorcycle: Allows you to park your motorcycle 24 hours a day for a month.
• Monthly 24-Hour Assigned Parking Space on the 2nd Floor: Allows you to park your car 24 hours a day for one month in an assigned parking space.

Note: When entering the parking lot for the first time, motorcycle riders must scan the QR code and present it at the control booth along with the order confirmation email (either printed or on their phone) so that a parking card can be issued to them on the next business day after the parking lot staff contacts the user. The location of the assigned parking space on the 2nd floor will be arranged with the subscriber on the next business day after the parking facility contacts the user.

Note 2: The first payment is calculated on a pro-rata basis through the 1st of the following month.

• If you sign up between the 1st and the 19th (between the 1st and the 15th for the remote work plan), you’ll only pay the prorated portion for this month.

• If you sign up on or after the 20th (or on or after the 16th for the remote work plan), you’ll pay the prorated amount for this month plus the full amount for the following month.
